1. The Board has authorized Mr. Brijgopal Bang, Chairman & Managing Director of the company to hive off the investment in wholly owned subsidiary M/s. Bang HK Ltd. and to find suitable buyer and to negotiate the terms & conditions for the same.
2. The Board has decided to increase the remuneration of Mr. Purshottam Bang, Executive director of the company, to 3 lacs per month subject to the approval of members. |
