| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/08/2016 12:42:57 | With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 27, 2016 regarding Fixes Book Closure for Dividend and AGM. Kamdhenu Ltd has now informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed on the Book Closure Dates i.e. from September 21, 2016 to September 27, 2016 (both days inclusive) instead of September 20, 2016 to September 27, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 27, 2016 and declaration of dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16, if approved by the shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Cutoff Date for the purpose of voting in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and for entitlement of Dividend for the Financial Year 2015-16 shall be September 20, 2016. |
