In relation to the above, and pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) & (2) of SEBI LODR, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 26.05.17 inter alia to consider and approve the Annual Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.17. Further as per the SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Officers / Designated Employees and Directors of the Company till 28th May, 2017 in connection with the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Friday, the 26th May, 2017. |
