| Exchange Disseminated Time 24/05/2016 19:02:53 | Asian Hotels (East) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 24, 2016, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2/- (20%) per fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The dividend on equity shares if declared by the members at the 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be credited / dispatched to the members on or before 30days from the date of AGM.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 11:30 a.m. and then adjourned for lunch and thereafter reconvened and concluded at 6:25 p.m. |
