| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the News item appearing in the news channel captioned "D B Realty signs Agmt. with ABIL for Bandra East MIG project", D B Realty Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:
"D B Realty Ltd, by itself and through its subsidiaries, associates and joint ventures is executing multiple projects and owns / is developing several projects in the city of Mumbai and evaluates various proposals and opportunities on a continuous basis including with ABIL. Any discussions with any of the Property Consultants, Potential Partners/ Developers and Investors do not merit disclosures. We assure that necessary disclosures shall be made to the Stock Exchanges as and when any negotiations materialise.
In relation to the above specific news item, we deny that DB Realty has signed any agreement with ABIL for the Bandra East MIG Project. In fact, to the query sent by CNBC-TV18 in relation to this news article prior to publication, our PR agency specifically sent an email to CNBC-TV18 saying that it is speculation. Despite that CNBC-TV18 chose to air the article". |
