| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 28, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider declaration of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.
Further, the Trading Window, as defined in the Company's Code of Conduct pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 shall remain closed for designated employees which includes Directors and Officers from May 21, 2015 in view of the meeting of the Board of Directors for taking on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider declaration of dividend, if any, for the financial year 2014-15.
The Trading Window will open 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company. |
