| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Mid-day Multimedia Ltd has informed BSE that the Equity Shareholders of the Company at its Court Convened Meeting held on August 11, 2010, have approved the scheme of arrangement between the Company and Jagran Prakashan Ltd and their respective shareholders and creditors ("Scheme“), and the arrangement provided in the Scheme, pursuant to sections 391 to 394 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act; 1956, and other applicable law, if any, and subject to the approval of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay and High Court of Judicature at Allahabad and other relevant approvals, if any, as placed before the meeting and initialled by the Chairman for the purpose of identification. |
