The Exchange had sought clarification from Alok Industries Ltd with respect to news article appearing on CNBC TV18 on August 04, 2017 titled "CBI files FIR against Dilip Jiwrajka of Alok Industries"
Alok Industries Ltd replied stating "We have to clarify that in this regard neither the company nor Mr Jiwrajka have received any formal communication from the concerned agency till date. In the absence of such communication, we have to express our inability to offer any clarification on the said news item please."
