| Exchange Disseminated Time 02/02/2017 15:09:31 | Alps Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and period ended on December 31, 2016, along with other matters incidental thereto, Subjected to the Limited Review Report by the statutory Auditors of the company in terms of the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015.
In view of the above the Trading Window for dealing in the company's scrip by the directors, designated employees and other concerned persons of the company will remain closed from February 06, 2017, till the end of 48 hours of the news paper publication of the Unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and period ended on December 31, 2016. It is in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company. |
