| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mayuka Investment Limited (the "Seller"), the promoter of Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Limited ("Company") has submitted to BSE a Notice of Offer for sale of an aggregate of 30,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each (such equity shares referred to as the (“Sale Shares”) representing 3.71% of the equity share capital of the Company as on January 21, 2014 exclusively through the Seller’s broker on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd & NSE Ltd (the stock exchanges) for this purpose (such sale referred to hereinafter as the “Sale”).
The Sale shall take place on the separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on January 22, 2014 at 9.15 a.m. and shall close on the same day at 3.30 p.m. Indian Standard Time ("Sale Date"). |
