Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Mr. Jiri Kula, as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from September 01, 2011.
Further, the tenure of Mr. G. Hariharan, Company's current Managing Director ends on August 31, 2011.
Mr. Mogamad Nazmie Adams has also been appointed as a Non-Executive, Non - Retiring Nominee Director of ESAB Holdings Ltd. as per Article 112 of the Articles of Association of the Company with effect from July 21, 2011. |
