Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, the “Trading Window” for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any “Insider” covered under the said Code will be closed from July 18, 2016 to July 26, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
