1. To take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2017 (Q2).
2. To consider declaration and payment of Interim Dividend if any, for the financial year 2017-18.
In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's shares by the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company will remain closed upto 13th November, 2017, in terms of the Company's Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
