1. To consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 (Q3) along with the Limited Review Report of the auditors for the corresponding period.
2. To take note of the show cause notice -EAD-6/AK/VRP/31220/2013 dated December 03, 2013 received from Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on January 04, 2014, To take note of the draft consent application and to authorize Mr. Gautam Deshpande to file consent application with SEBI on behalf of the Company.
3. To take note of the final order received from Company Law Board on January 16, 2014 for petition filed under section 79 of the Companies Act, 1956 and to discuss further action to be taken in the said matter. |
