| Exchange Disseminated Time | Genus Power Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2016, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:
1. To consider, approve and take on record the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016; and
2. To recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016 for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, the Trading Window, for dealing in shares of Genus Power Infrastructures Limited by the Directors / KMP / designated persons of the Company as defined in the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders of the Company, will remain closed from May 16, 2016 to May 27, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
