This is also to inform you that at the above meeting, the Board may consider and approve a proposal for issue of listed NCDs by way of private placement and in this regard recommend to shareholders for their approval of the same.
Further, pursuant to the board meeting as above, Trading Window in respect to dealing with shares / securities of the Company has been already closed for specified and designated persons as per the Company's insider trading code and will reopen on expiry of forty-eight hours after the announcement of the above mentioned financial results. |
