2. Fix the date of 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
Further, Trading Window shall remain closed from August 12, 2016 to August 25, 2016 [both days inclusive), thus, "specified persons” are prohibited from trading in the Company's Equity Shares during the said period. |
