Also, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with code of conduct of the Company, the trading window shall be closed from May 23, 2016 till June 01, 2016 i.e. 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. |
