1. Accepted and taken on record the resignation of Sh. Rukmesh Mohan Sood as Chief financial Officer of the Company with effect from August 06, 2015 and approved the appointment of Sh. Sarweshwer Arora as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company with effect from August 06, 2015 under the relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under.
2. The 7th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on September 29, 2015 at the Registered Office of the Company. |
