| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 08, 2012 has appointed Shri Atul Kumar Rai as an Additional Director of the Company and also as the Chairman of the Board w.e.f. August 08, 2012.
The Board also took note of the nomination of Smt. Usha Sharma, AddI. Director General (Tourism), as nominee of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India on the Board of TFCI in place of their nominee Shri Devesh Chaturvedi. The Board further noted the
resignation of Dr. Raju Sharma from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. July 23, 2012. |
