Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and with reference to the earlier intimation dated November 1, 2017 regarding the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which will be held on November 10, 2017, inter- alia to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017, we would now like to inform that at the said Meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider a proposal for buy-back of the equity shares of the Company.
The outcome of the Board Meeting will be disseminated to the stock exchanges after conclusion of Board Meeting on November 10, 2017
