| Exchange Disseminated Time | Greenlam Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 22, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2015.
Notice is also given that, the Trading Window is closed with immediate effect on January 12, 2016 and will be reopened on January 24, 2016 after expiry of 48 hours of submission the above referred Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges on January 22, 2016.
Further, the Company will organize a conference call for analysts and investors on January 22, 2016. The details of the call will be available on the Company's website closer to the scheduled event. |
