SEBI vide its "Exit Order" No. WTM/RKA/MRD/163/2014 issued on December 26, 2014 has allowed the exit of Bangalore Stock Exchange Limited and it is no longer a recognized Stock Exchange under the relevant provisions of SEBI Act, 1992 and the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956. The SEBI exit order has been posted on its website on December 25, 2014." |
