| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Magnum Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 04, 2010, met to consider the resignation of Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain from Managing Directorship of the Company. The Board after a detailed deliberation has decided not to accept his resignation and persuaded him to continue as the Managing Director. To which Mr. Praveen Jain has agreed and intimated the Company vide his letter dated January 15, 2010 to continue as a Managing Director of the Company for his remaining term. |
