| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shakti Pumps India Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the 'Trading window’ for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 05, 2014 to November 18, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Result for the Quarter ended September 30, 2014. Therefore, all the Designed Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
The Trading window’ shall reopen for dealing in securities in the Equity shares of the Company from the start of the business hours on November 19, 2014. |
