Please refer our intimation for approval of the Board of Directors vide its meeting dated 25th May, 2017 for transfer of 'Rural Distribution Business' of Consumer Products (Not being Material Event as prescribed under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015) to its wholly owned subsidiary EHAAT Limited.
Ehaat Limited has issued and allotted to the Company 16,70,000 Equity Shares of ` 10 Each as fully paid up on 03rd July, 2017 towards purchase consideration of Rural Distribution Business' of Consumer Products through Slump Sale .
Now the Company holds entire 17,70,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each in Ehaat Limited and it continues to be Wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company.
