Further we wish to inform you that, on completion of two years from the Commercial Operation date of the project, the investor will acquire 100% stake of the SPV i.e. 51% stake held by Dilip Buildcon Limited will also be acquired by the Investor and the Company will hand over the project to the Investor for operation. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from March 22, 2017 to March 24, 2017 (both days inclusive). |
