| Exchange Disseminated Time | Steel Authority of India Ltd has informed BSE that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from May 21, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both. days inclusive) consequent upon the Board of Directors Meeting, scheduled to be held on May 29, 2015, to consider and approve the following;
1. Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year 2014-2015.
2. Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2014-15, if any, subject to approval of the shareholders.
All the connected persons have been informed that they shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company’s shares during the closure of the trading window as per the "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading for dealing in shares of SAIL". |
