1. Size of the Issue and Price : 1,81,69,463 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 15/- per Equity Shares (i.e. Rs 10/- towards face value and Rs 5/- towards premium per Equity Share) aggregating to Rs 27,25,41,945/-.
2. Ratio : 1:1 (one equity share for every one equity share held as on the Book Closure)
3. Fractional entitlement : As the rights issue ration decided by the Company is 1:1, there is no probability of any fractional entitlement. |
