| Exchange Disseminated Time | Satra Properties India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, to consider inter alia the following Business:
1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.
2. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015,
3. To consider and recommend dividend, if any.
Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities and pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 21, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
