| Exchange Disseminated Time 08/08/2016 13:25:24 | With reference to earlier letter dated May 30, 2016 regarding Book Closure for AGM, Gangotri Textiles Ltd has now informed BSE that, due to non-availability of the AGM venue on September 28, 2016, it has been decided to convene the 27th Annual General Meeting on September 21, 2016, at 3.30 PM at the same venue and the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting remains unchanged .
Consequently, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from September 15, 2016 to September 21, 2016 (both the days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting. |
