| Exchange Disseminated Time | Suryakrupa Finance Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014 has taken note of resignation of Mr. Ravindra Kamalakar Palkar, Mr. Sunilkumar Mahavirprashad Jain, Mr. Hemantkumar Babubhai Desai, Mr. Ashvin Rajabhai Thumar and Mr. Sureshkumar Parasmal Bhandari as Directors of the Company w.e.f. November 15, 2014 consequent upon change in ownership and control of management in compliance with SEBl (SAST) Regulation, 2011.
Further, Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014 has appointed Mr. Maulin B. Acharya as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. November 14, 2014. |
