KNR Constructions Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on September 30, 2016, after the conclusion of the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider and approve the sub-division of the nominal value of the equity shares of Rs. 10/- per share to Rs. 2/- per share.

2. To consider the request received from Mr. M Rajesh Reddy for reclassifying him from the "Promoter Category" to "Public Category".
