1. To consider the quarterly Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2007.
2. To discuss and to start, if possible a new trading division in the field of Packaging, Papers, Commodity etc.
3. To review and revise the remuneration being paid to Mr. Rajiv Mehta as an Executive Director of the Company. |
