'To consider and approve the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results
for the Quarter/half year ended on September 30, 2017'.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for 'Designated Persons and their Immediate Relative' from December 06, 2017 to December 15, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2017.
