| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jai Corp Ltd has informed BSE that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, was decided to redeem 2,10,000 Non-cumulative Non-participating redeemable preference shares. These shares will not be eligible to receive any dividend.
Hence, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on August 11, 2015 has recommended.
A dividend of Re. 0.01 per share on the 66,54,900 preference shares of face value Re. 1/- each for the financial year 2014-15.
There is no change in dividend recommended for the equity shares. |
