The "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from July 29, 2016 to August 12, 2016 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
