| Exchange Disseminated Time | Aditya Birla Money Ltd has informed BSE that members of the Company will consider the resolution by way of Postal Ballot, to alter the existing Clause II of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by substituting it with the following Clause II:
II. The Registered office of the Company will be situated in the State of Gujarat.
Upon confirmation by the Company Law Board, Chennai Bench the Registered Office of the Company be shifted from Ali Towers, No. 55, Greams Road, Chennai - 600 006 to Indian Rayon Compound, Veraval, Gujarat - 362266.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. B. Chandra, Practising Company Secretary, Chennai as Scrutiniser for conducting the Postal Ballot in a fair and transparent manner.
Postal Ballot Form should reach the Scrutiniser at the address of the Company not later than the close of working hours on June 25, 2010. The Scrutiniser will submit her report to the Managing Director of the Company after completion of the scrutiny and result of the Postal Ballot will be announced on June 28, 2010. |
