1. Re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Kumar Garg as Joint Managing Director of the Company for three year w.e.f. March 02, 2016.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Vijay Singla as Director (works) of the Company for three year w.e.f. April 01, 2016.
3. Enter into new uniform Listing Agreement with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited as per Circular dated October 13, 2015 issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). |
