1. Recommended Dividend @70% (Rs. 7.00 per share) on paid up equity shares for financial year ended on March 31, 2015.
2. Re-appointed Mr. S. K. Khurana as Chairman & Managing Director for a further period of one year from October 01, 2015 to September 30, 2016 and subsequently re-designated Mr. Khurana as Executive Chairman from October 01, 2016 to September 30, 2017.
3. Appointed Mr. M. Morikawa as Joint Managing Director from July 01, 2015 to September 30, 2016 and subsequent elevation as Managing Director from October 01, 2016 till September 30, 2017. |
