| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to earlier announcement dated May 07, 2015 vide which the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2015 were declared by the Company, Piramal Enterprises Ltd has now informed BSE that the Company have noticed certain inadvertent errors in Point No. 3, "Capital Employed" of the consolidated financial results, in the table showing the consolidated Segment Wise Revenue, Results and Capital Employed.
The Company has further clarified as follows:
(a) The corrected figure of Total Capital Employed for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, remains the same as contained in the statement of Assets and Liabilities on Page 3 of the consolidated financial results that were submitted to the Stock Exchanges on May 07, 2015.
(b) There is no change in the main statement of consolidated financial results. |
