Marg, Lower Parel (w), Mumbai - 400 013 interalia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.
Further, notice is hereby given that, in view of the above mentioned Board Meeting, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company would remain closed from July 21, 2016 to July 31, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the promoters/directors/officers/designated employees of the Company (“the concerned persons”).
