"Pursuant to the applicable Regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, as informed by National Securities Depository Ltd. (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd. (CDSL) to us, the Directorate of Enforcement, Mumbai, has requested both the Depositories to provide the present status of the Demat Account of the Company and directed the Depositories to freeze the Demat Account.
The Company is taking appropriate steps in consultation with the legal Counsel of the Company." |
