1. Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015, (Consolidated and Standalone basis)
2. To recommend dividend, if any.
Further, as per the Company's Code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code") adopted by the Company pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and Circular dated February 03, 2014 and as per provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company would remain closed from May 18, 2015 to June 01, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company ("the concerned persons").
