The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 20th January, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the directors / officers / designated persons of the Company would remain closed from 13th January, 2018 to 22nd January, 2018 (both days inclusive) in compliance with provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
