Further, pursuant to Regulations 46(2) & 47(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, notice of the said meeting is also being sent for publication in newspapers and uploaded on the website of the Company.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel and designated employees of the Company from 4th November, 2017 to 16th November, 2017 (both days inclusive).
