| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot will consider to approve a special resolution for alteration of the existing Main Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by inserting sub-clauses 12 and 13 after sub-clause 11 in the existing clause III-A (Main Objects) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
The Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Shri A. N. Kukreja, Practising Company Secretary, New Delhi, as Scrutinizer for conducting the postal ballot voting in a fair and transparent manner.
The Postal Ballot form duly completed should reach the scrutinizer on or before the close of normal working hours on March 23, 2010. The scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman & Managing Director after completion of the scrutiny and the results of the postal ballot will be announced by the Chairman & Managing Director on March 31, 2010.
