- the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and nine-month period ended December 31, 2017.
- the appointment of Mr. Yashodhan M. Kale (DIN 00013782) as 'Additional Director' in the category of 'Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director' of the Bank.
We attach herewith a copy of the approved Unaudited Financial Results along with the 'Limited Review Report' issued by the Bank's Auditors, M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as Annexure I.
The brief profile of Mr. Yashodhan M. Kale is enclosed herewith as Annexure II.
Mr. Yashodhan M. Kale is not related to any of the Directors of the Bank.
