1. Accepted the Resignation of Shri. Ajay Ramesh Gupta from the Directorship of the Company with effect from December 14, 2012.
2. Accepted the Resignation of Ms. Kajal Shah from the post of Company Secretary with effect from November 15, 2012.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Dinesh Kumar for the post of Company Secretary with effect from January 11, 2013.
4. Re-constituted the Management and Finance Committee of the Company due to Resignation of Mr. Ajay Ramesh Gupta, member of the committee and appointed Mr. Shri Farindra Bihari Rai as Member of Management and Finanace committee in place of Mr. Ajay Ramesh Gupta. |
