1. to consider and approve Standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results/Accounts for financial year ended on March 31, 2016 along with auditors’ report there on.
2. To consider re-appointment of Mr. Ankit S. Patel as an Executive Directors of the Company.
Further, Under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and Unpublished Price Sensitive Information of Bodal Chemicals Limited, Company has informed all the "concerned persons/employees/insiders” that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from May 17, 2016 to May 28, 2016 (both days inclusive) and the trading window will re-open w.e.f.
